We are hurricane pros in the South, but you will be shocked at what you don't know! Our speaker is Political Analyst Dr. Robert Collins. We are excited he is joining us to discuss everything from building emergency kits to hacks you may not know about! There will be no Apocalypse for us ladies!

Dr. Collins is a Professor of Urban Studies and Public Policy at Dillard University, where he holds the Conrad N. Hilton Endowed Professorship. He is also a columnist, and keynote speaker.  As a political analyst, Dr. Collins appears on television regularly on WVUE Fox 8 TV in New Orleans. He serves as a live in-studio election night analyst for every election cycle, and he also comments weekly on breaking news. In addition to domestic television, he has appeared on television internationally in London on the BBC Network, and in Istanbul, Turkey on the A-News Network. ​In addition to Dillard, he also served on the faculty of Harvard University. While at Harvard, he designed and taught the first course in the US on the subject of rebuilding the City of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

Dr. Collins is going to help us as we will soon be navigating the eyes of storms! And if he looks familiar, you may recognize him as being a brother of one of your fellow LikeMinded Ladies Members. Can you guess which one?
